Parthiban, residing in Theog, Himachal Pradesh, wears two hats as an animal rescuer and the owner of a café. His household includes his wife, Sathya, and their children Siddharth "Siddhu" and Mathi "Chintu." When Joshy Andrews, a forest ranger and Parthi's friend, approaches him for help with a spotted hyena causing trouble for the townspeople, Parthi, with Siddhu's assistance, successfully tranquilizes the hyena. Opting to adopt the creature after it calms down, Parthi deliberately keeps the incident low-key, avoiding public attention.

One fateful night at the café, a group of robbers led by Shanmugham arrives. Despite attempting to pacify them by offering money, Parthi is provoked when one of the robbers harasses his employee Shruthi. In a fit of rage, Parthi confronts and defeats the entire gang. When Chintu's life is threatened, Parthi, without hesitation, takes down the attackers but experiences an emotional breakdown afterward. Initially apprehended, he is later released, as the murders are deemed acts of self-defense. However, his photograph circulates widely in Indian newspapers, catching the attention of notorious gangster Harold Das in Telangana. Harold informs his elder brother, Antony Das, about Parthi, prompting Antony to journey with his men to Theog. The unfolding events and their impact on Parthi and his family constitute the remainder of the plot.
